Yes. When booking an appointment, you accept the terms of our cancellation policy. We request a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you fail to advise us within this period, you will incur a 50% fee of your booked appointment.

Yes. Failure to attend an appointment will incur a 100% fee of your booked appointment.

We treat patients that are plan managed or self managed, whereby patients can be billed directly via their plan manager or can be reinbursed directly from NDIS.

Yes, we do accept Veterans Affairs card holders. Please check your eligibility based on the "type” of card you hold. Veterans with Gold cards will have no gap payments, whereas White Card holders will only be funded by the Government if Podiatry Services are warranted by their general practitioner. We advise you speaking to your practitioner prior to booking an appointment to understand your entitlements.

Yes, we do for some insurance companies we can bill them directly, however, in some circumstances, you will be required to pay for the consultation and thereafter you can seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
